How to cancel or change your Turimex ticket

Cancellations

If the passenger chooses to cancel the Turimex ticket or to not travel, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded. As stated on the check-out page and in the terms and conditions agreed to upon checkout and on the ticket email sent with the attached pdf ticket: all tickets are non-refundable.

Changes

If the passenger is unable to travel on their scheduled departure date and the bus has not yet departed, they can go to a nearby Turimex/Grupo Senda ticket office or contact the carrier at 01 800 890 9090 in Mexico, or +1 (800) 733-7330 in USA, to change their ticket to a future date. Please note: only one change per ticket is allowed. 

All tickets are non-exchangable after the departure time.
