To change your Jet Set Express ticket please email [email protected], please provide the details for the new Jet Set Express trip you wish to purchase.
To cancel your Jet Set Express ticket please email [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be submitted 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time, and a refund will be processed to the original method of payment, minus a $2 processing fee per passenger. Funds can take up to 2-3 business days to be returned to your account, depending on your bank/card provider.
Cancellation requests must be submitted either via the email, or online with us at [email protected] or with Jet Set Express by phone at 1-800-287-4350 or online at [email protected], no less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Please note the Wanderu processing fee will be fully refunded upon cancellation of your ticket.
Please note: All tickets are completely non-refundable and non-exchangeable if a cancellation is made after Jet Set Express's 48-hour cancellation window.
