Changes

Standard and Fully flexible National Express tickets can be modified right up to when you’re due to travel.

Standard Fare: Subject to a £5.00 amendment fee through your National Express "My Account" (£6.00 if amended via telephone). An excess fare may also be charged.

Fully Flexible Fare: Unlimited modifications can be made any time prior to departure without being subject to amendment fees.

Restricted tickets cannot be changed.

Cancellations

Standard & Restricted Fares are Non-Refundable. If you are unable to travel and purchased a Standard Fare you may change your ticket per the above conditions. Restricted Fares cannot be amended and cannot be cancelled, unused tickets will not be refunded.

Fully Flexible Tickets must be cancelled 24 hours prior to departure; booking and distribution fees remain non-refundable and cancellation fees may apply to standard tickets.

To change or cancel your ticket, visit their website: https://www.nationalexpress.com/en and click on "Manage my booking".

Once there, you will enter the confirmation reference number. The next screen will ask you for the email address used to purchase the ticket.

Your ticket details will populate and you can modify your ticket by going to the "Change my journey" tab and clicking on "Continue".

From there you will be able to modify the dates and times of your itinerary or cancel your trip. You may then email Wanderu for any follow up on the status of your refund, if needed.
