All tickets are sent via email (remember to check your spam/junk folder).

If you are unable to locate your ticket, you are able to resend your ticket to yourself by going on to and clicking "Change Tickets" on the top right corner:

Once there, you can log into your account or you can enter the confirmation reference number and the first and last name associated with your reservation.

Your ticket details will populate and from there you can print, email or download your ticket using the icons on the top right corner. 

Additionally, if you have the Brightline App, your next ride with your ticket info is displayed on the home screen.

If you're at the station and you’ve lost your ticket, don’t worry. Just enter your name and ticket # at Brightline's ground-level, self-service kiosks or see Guest Services and they can print you a copy.
