How to resend your OurBus ticket to yourself

If you did not receive your ticket from OurBus to the inbox/promotions or spam/junk folder of the email address you entered at checkout, you are able to resend it to yourself by going to https://www.ourbus.com/ and logging in to your account.

If you do not have an account with OurBus, you can create one by clicking on Login and then entering your email (you must use the same email used to make your purchase) and password in the Sign Up tab.

After you are logged in, you can go to "My Account" and click on "My Passes" to view your ticket:

Your ticket details will populate and you can download or print your itinerary.
