If the passenger chooses to cancel the ticket or to not travel, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded. As stated on the check-out page and in the terms and conditions agreed to upon checkout and on the ticket email sent with the attached pdf ticket: all tickets are non-refundable.
If the passenger is unable to travel on their scheduled departure date and the bus has not yet departed, they can go to a nearby Turimex/Grupo Senda ticket office or contact the carrier at 01 800 890 9090 in Mexico, or +1 (800) 733-7330 in USA, to change their ticket to a future date. Please note: only one change per ticket is allowed.
All tickets are non-exchangable after the departure time.
