Cancellations and Refunds

Best Bus tickets are non-refundable. Unused tickets will be forfeited unless the passenger submitted a change request 24 hours or more before the departure time.

If the passenger is unable to travel they can go to:

In this section you have the option of rescheduling your trip or placing a hold on it. Simply follow the prompts provided. 

Change requests must be submitted 24 hours or more before the departure time, with a few exceptions for Best Bus VIP members. 

All tickets are non-exchangable after the departure time.
