If the passenger is unable to travel on their scheduled departure date, they can contact Greyhound directly at +1 (800) 231-2222 and change their ticket for a $20.00 fee prior to the date of departure. Changes only include the date and time of the trip, not the departure or arrival locations.

All tickets are non-exchangeable after the bus has departed.


If the passenger chooses to cancel the ticket or to not travel, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded. As stated on the check-out page and in the terms and conditions agreed to upon checkout and once more on the email sent with the attached pdf ticket: All tickets are non-refundable.
