If you are unable to travel on your scheduled departure date, you can change your Peter Pan ticket online at www.peterpanbus.com (click on Reschedule on the top of the page) or contact the carrier directly at +1 (800) 343-9999 or online at https://peterpanbus.com/request/.

​-There is a standard reissue fee of $10 per ticket to change plus any difference in the cost of the fare.

-Tickets must be changed prior to departure time.

-If you choose to cancel the ticket or to not travel, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded.

-All tickets are non-exchangeable after the bus has departed. Departure/Arrival locations cannot be changed.

If you choose to cancel your Peter Pan Bus Lines ticket or to not travel, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded.

As stated on the check-out page and in the Wanderu terms and conditions and Peter Pan Terms and Conditions agreed to before checkout and once more on the email sent with your attached ticket: All tickets are non-refundable.
