If the passenger is unable to travel on their scheduled departure date, they can change their ticket by registering or logging into their CoachRun account directly on their website: http://www.coachrun.com/app/user-register.htm
- The account made must be with the same email address used to purchase the ticket.
- Once registered (or logged in), go to 'My Account'
- Access 'My Bookings'
- Select 'Reschedule' on the booking you wish to make changes
Tickets can only be rescheduled 4 hours or more before departure.
If the passenger changes their tickets within 2 hours of the initial purchase, there is no fee for rescheduling. After the 2 hour grace period, there is a $1 fee per ticket for the first online reschedule, $2 for the second, and $3 for the third.
The fee for rescheduling made through Coach Run's customer service agent at +1 (617) 681-0820 starts at $5 per ticket.
All tickets are non-exchangeable within 4 hours of departure and after the bus has departed.
If the passenger chooses to cancel the ticket or to not travel, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded. As stated on the check-out page and in the terms and conditions agreed to upon checkout and once more on the email sent with the attached pdf ticket: All tickets are non-refundable.
