Please remember which email address you provided on the check-out page, and check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions tab for your confirmation email.
Wanderu does not issue tickets for most of our carriers if your transaction was successful, you will receive an email directly from the bus or train carrier with your ticket and confirmation information.
We do receive copies of tickets for some carriers and are working on adding more. You can click on the following link to use our lookup tool, you will need to enter the email you entered at checkout and the confirmation number you received on the purchase confirmation screen.
If you entered an incorrect email address or have not received your confirmation email/ticket, please contact the carrier directly to request for your ticket to be resent. Some carriers will allow you to resend your ticket to yourself. You can visit their website and follow their prompts to do this.
If you need assistance, please send us the confirmation number that you received on the "thank you" page of the transaction and the email you used at checkout if you can no locate the ticket by using the "Find Your Ticket" link above; if you no longer have the confirmation number, please send us the billing name you entered on the checkout page and we will look up your transaction and send you a copy of your ticket if it's available to us or provide you with the carrier contact information so you can reach out to them.
