Effective September 20th, 2023 Wanderu will be processing payments for tickets purchased directly on wanderu.com for travel with FlixBus. Any change or cancellation requests must abide by FlixBus' terms and conditions as provided on the checkout page and below.
Changes & Cancellations
If you are unable to travel on your scheduled departure date, you can contact FlixBus directly via their help desk for assistance or click on the link below to modify your existing reservation:
All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the bus has departed.
If you choose to cancel the ticket or to not travel, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded. As stated on the check-out page and in the terms and conditions agreed to upon checkout.
If you purchased travel insurance with Allianz when you booked your ticket and are unable to travel on your trip due to a covered reason, you can file a claim for reimbursement - see details here.
