With FlixBus, you can voluntarily change or cancel your ticket up to 15 minutes before departure. In cases of voluntary changes or cancellations, Flixbus may offer a full or partial credit in the form of applied credit or a voucher. The amount of the voucher of which depends on how far in advance the ticket reservation is cancelled.
The table below shows how much you will be refunded. The calculation is based on the exact time of departure (hour, minute, second). For example, if you cancel your ticket 2 days and 3 hours before departure, you will get a 40% refund.

Please note that for extras like seat reservations and excess baggage, the refund is 100%. Booking fees and service fees are non-refundable.
If you purchased travel insurance with Allianz Partners when you booked your ticket and are unable to travel on your trip due to a covered reason, you can file a claim for reimbursement - see details here.

All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the bus has departed. Except as required by applicable law, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. The unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. Tickets are valid only for the schedule, date, time, origin and destination for which purchased.
