While Wanderu does not have a Customer Service phone line, we are happy to assist you via email at [email protected] or chat (lower right hand corner of our website), with quick response times!

Our regular customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time and we do monitor and respond to all emails and messages within 24 hours during weekends and holidays.

If you wish to speak to a specific carrier, or to purchase your ticket by phone, you may refer to our carrier contact list for specific carrier phone numbers.
