We understand that many travelers have been forced to alter their plans as events and schools continue to be cancelled/closed, or they may be wary of traveling and wish to postpone their current plans.
If the carrier you are scheduled to travel with cancels or changes the schedule of a trip after you have purchased your ticket, they will contact you via email, most are issuing automatic refunds or credits while others will require you to contact them.
Most bus and train carriers have announced that they will provide fee waivers for travelers who wish to change their travel dates due to the uncertainty of this health crisis. The ability to postpone or cancel your trip depends on the policy of the carrier you are scheduled to travel with.
